Applying for New Charter University Programs is a simple two-step process.
#1 Complete the online application.
#2 An NCU Admissions Advisor will contact you to complete your enrollment, collect required materials, and set a term start date.
We accept new students each month.
International students interested in earning their degree with NCU follow the same two-step admissions process by filling in the online application.
Instruction at NCU is provided in English, and the University does not provide English as a Second Language services. Applicants for whom English is a second language must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL®) and have their official TOEFL® score report sent to the Office of Registrar under separate cover. Alternatives to the TOEFL, such as IELTS are acceptable. See the school catalog for details.
Students take their course examinations through an independent, online proctoring service that verifies their identity through webcam and government photo identification. For those that do not have a government issued ID, you will need to obtain a state identification card to take proctored exams.
